Each client has different needs which are addressed through assessment, services, and referrals. When necessary, collaboration is done with primary care physicians, psychiatrist, and crisis care providers.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling can help treat mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral issues. Some concerns addressed in individual counseling include anxiety, stress, depression, food and eating issues, anger, relationship struggles, sexual trauma and/or exploitation, addiction, abuse, family dynamics, and insomnia. as well as most other clinical diagnosis.

Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can give you and your spouse/partner the opportunity to work through unresolved and/or recurring concerns, reconnecting in those disconnected areas, internal/extended familial, outside stressors, and infidelity/intimacy related concerns, and learn tools to maintain success.

First Responders & Military
First responders have unique and often times complex needs.
Military is a specialized field that results in specific counseling needs.

Family Counseling
Solve problems, improve relationships, and learn tools to maintain success.

Internships

We offer unpaid internship opportunities to limited licensed counselors.

Supervision
​
We offer supervision to limited licensed counselors working both inside and outside the agency. The next supervision group begins September 2024, call now to reserve your spot.
